We cannot recommend San Francisco Shaadi highly enough! We looked into other options for our mandaap rental and were happy to decide on SF Shaadi after exchanging emails with Neil and recognizing his professionalism, along with his patience. We emailed details back and forth for months and he was always so helpful, never acted bothered, and gave wonderful suggestions to us. SF Shaadi is magnificent! Wedding planning is stressful and, amazingly, a lot of vendors don't do what they're supposed to. This was certainly NOT the case for SF Shaadi. They were responsive to our inquiries and needs and delivered perfect product & service. I highly recommend them! We're especially grateful because we only used the silk backdrop--a lot of companies would not give as much attention for such a small order, but we never felt neglected or unimportant (can't say the same about all our vendors). Thank you, Neil, for helping to make our wedding day beautiful!

Neil and his company did a wonderful job. Honestly - out of all 15 vendors - he was the best to work with, very drama free and flexible. There are a few other mandup rental places in the bay area I looked into, but SF Shaadi was by far the best deal with no rigid requirements that end up inflating the price of florals. My cousin and I went to the San Jose market and purchased rust colored fabrics and organza to decorate it. This eased our budget, allowing for an open bar and other details that add in price in wedding planning. Neil's flexibility and great prices all made that possible. In fact, his services were so outstanding, that we immediately hired him to do my sister's wedding the following summer. Again, SF Shaadi came through for our schedule and us. When I walked into the banquet room, I was completely stunned by the beauty of the room. The mandap, the aisle and everything looked extremely beautiful. It was coordinated perfectly! I stood by the stage speechless and emotional, because it exceeded my expectations. The mandap was gorgeous! The shimmery-silk backdrop brought out the elegance of the mandap. The aisle decorated by Rati with fresh flowers was unique for my whole family. Each and every guest personally told us how beautiful it was. I highly recommend SFShaadi. They returned all calls and responded to our emails in a timely manner. Once we set the date, we called them and they came out right away to the restaurant and measured to make sure the mandap would fit properly. Actually they came several times because we kept changing our minds on where to put the mandap. They were very accommodating. On the day of our wedding, they set up the mandap and it really was breathtaking to see the mandap with the matching chairs and the havankund. They have a very nice backdrop on the mandap that really complements it. We felt since the mandap itself is quite unique, it actually didn't need much decorating. Once the ceremony was over, they quickly removed the mandap. We received many compliments on the mandap and were glad to tell our family and friends about SFShaadi. I know you'll be as happy as we were with SFShaadi.
